She was such a special lady.... I was so blessed to have known her..... I called her Aunt Dot and she wasn't my Aunt... But she honored me and let me call her Aunt ... She always had a kind word and always had and encouraging word.... She touched my life more then she ever knew.. I know heaven is a better place today with you there...

Dorothy was a lovely and gracious lady. She had a ready smile that at once made one feel at ease. Her sense of humor was noticeable in the sparkle of her eyes. Each time our paths crossed my day was brighter, and my life is richer for having known her.

I met Dorothy my first day at work for Bethlehem Steel. I was put in a conference room 8am with a stack of manuals, and told to stay there and study the manuals. At closing time end of day, Dorothy was checking the area before going home and found me. She said did you have lunch, use the facilities, and I said no, did not know where to go just stayed and read. She changed the routine the next day and we became friends for the rest of life. She was a positive force in an all male world and she made a difference to all who came in contact with her. I will miss her terribly and love and prayers to her loving husband and my friend Howard.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dorothy when I became employed at Bethlehem Steel. She was always such a sweet lady. I was there when she and Howard joined Wesley and she joined the Fidelis Sunday School Class. Prayers for Howard, family and many, many loved ones.
