This is my first boss. I worked for Jefferson County Title Company as an assistant to prepare the closing folders. My grandfather Calvin Major White introduced me. I loved working there and highly respected him. I will never forget what I learned there under his influence. He was a great man. my grandfather admired him.

I worked for Sam in the early 2000 on a short term Right- of- Way project. I appreciated his knowledge and experience, and his friendly smile.
