So sorry to hear of Bill's passing..The best thing I can say about him is, he was just "Bill" ! No matter what position he attained, he was still just Bill. He always was a friend to all. He made a difference in my life with him just treating me as a friend and co worker. He will be missed by all of us that knew him. Prayers to the family. May God wipe away your tears as Bill would do.
Bobby

My sincerest condolences to all - with the loss of your dad. I have some memories of your dad as we grew up playing tennis in the Beaumont area.
Would like to catch up with you at some point.

The bad part of living 5000 miles from Texas are days like today when we can't be with people we care about to console them and give a kind word in times of sadness.
I knew Bill Cummins for as long as I can remember as he and his family being natives from Arkansas were very close to my family who also came from there. I have a lot of memories with not only Mr. Cummins, but with all of the family. Mr. Cummins was always kind...always, and I remember many a conversation with him at La Hacienda about life and any particular topic of the day, which would be from Bulldog football to what I wanted to do with my life, which I still don't have quite figured out yet :) . Mr. Cummins, whose Christian values made him who he was, helped so many people along the way in so many ways. He was a firm believer in benevolence and with me, it was no exception. I am grateful.
It is a true loss and I'm glad that I got to see him even if it was for a short second last time I was home for Christmas. My condolences to you, Mrs. Cummins, Liz, John and the grandkids. I send all my love from Chile. -- Stew

Will greatly miss seeing Bill's smiling face in the neighborhood. A very good man and a very good neighbor. Always had something nice and funny to say!
