James "Jim" M. Ferrell, Jr.

So sorry to hear of Jim's passing. We grew up together in Beaumont and I always remember him as one of my best friends at that time! My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

I am so sorry for your loss. He was a sweet friend in high school and just a great all around guy. Praying for your family.

Mr Ferrell was more than my teacher, he was a friend and considered us to be his own children. We miss him so much already.

Terry and I are deeply saddened to hear about Jim. He was a great man. Our heartfelt prayers go out to his family.

Mr. Ferrell was my Real Estate professor at L.I.T. His first semester teaching was my first semester of school there. He took on that job better than anyone could have expected. I loved having him as my teacher and my eventual friend. I was looking forward to making him proud in my future endeavors. Now I will always know he is looking over my shoulder to help guide me to a successful career. We love and miss you Jim! Prayers to your family!

The YMBL has lost a great man. His dedication and service over the years has made the YMBL a better organization. He will be sorely missed but never forgotten.
