Jim and I met in Junior High. Our first encounter ended in a fight. We became friends. He was my best man at my wedding. I got to take him on his first Wood Duck hunt. We shared lots of fishing trips, hunts and more that a few beers. I will surely miss JIMBO.

Sandy, I am sorry about the loss of Jim. May God's comfort and peace sustain you and your loved one's through this difficult time. You are defiantly in our thoughts and prayers.

Glad we gots some hunts in at Procter Station back in the day, and you will be missed by all who's lives you touched. Sympathy and peace to all your family. Robert

I am so sad to learn we've lost Jim and at such a young age. His beautiful, broad smile, gregarious personality and genuine kindness will never be forgotten by anyone lucky enough to have known him. He was a good friend to so many and a true gentleman. Blessings to his wife and children.

Sandy, Words cannot explain how sorry I am for your loss. Mr. Ferrell was a great man. Always had a smile and a hug for me when i saw him..So glad I got to see ya'll on Friday night, would have never dreamed that would have been the last time. The world has lost a great man, father, husband, friend. Remember next time you find a penny on the ground pick it up it is a kiss from Heaven sent down to you.. Praying for you and the family.

Just found out the passing of Jim,
I have known Jim through association in the YMBL.
He will be missed by all.

Sandy, I am so glad that I got to talk to Jim on Saturday at the YMBL office. He was having a great time as usual and I am saddened by the loss of a friend and fellow Key Man.
