Jim was a friend and mentor. He was very helpful in my real estate career. We served together for many years on the board of REALTORS. I learned so much from him and I admired his willingness to serve the community.
I'll never forget the fun times,cooking lessons, soooo many laughs & stories...Thank you! RIP my friend.

Dear Sandi and Family,

I am so sorry for your loss but the number of people who showed up Wednesday and Thursday to show their respect only proves what a special person Jim was during his time on earth. He effected every life, in some way or another, of those who came to say goodbye. I remember his big smile and the kindness he always showed. He was so proud to be a French High School Buffalo and wore the "Orange and White" proudly. Cherish the memories of his life as all of his friends will. Rest in Peace Jim! You will be missed.

I was so shocked and saddened today when I heard that Jim was gone. I have known Jim, Scott and Mark since our "North End" days. Jim was a great guy and will be missed by all who knew him.

So sorry to hear about Jim. Although we didn`t see each other very often, we were friends all through school. I just found out about his passing. My prayers will be with you for peace. Jim was loved by many in the community! He will be missed..
