My thoughts & prayers are with the whole Overstreet family,Walter Ray has always been a wonderful man,So many people in Kountze has so many stories they can tell,No matter where I seen Walter Ray he spoke & always a hug,I had the up most Respect for him & when he spoke I listened.He will be missed but,What is waiting for him in Heaven is priceless.My Mom will be right there with Betty to meet him at the gates.Another Angel up above.My heart is with the family right now,Praying..I love you dearly.

Sweet, sweet memories of Walter Ray, Betty and Sheila. It is so hard to believe he was that age. I remember when we (Archie Ray and I, and Sheila) were all running around Kountze and he would be crusing around in that police car trying to keep us all straight. It just doesn't seem like it has been that long ago. Memories are our treasures we have of them after they are gone. He will be greatly missed. Farewell for now my friend, we will be seeing you there soon.
