Thomas "Hat" Edward Watkins

I had already been missing those numerous, late afternoon calls in to ACI from Mr. Tom, with his distintive voice, asking for Billy. One thing about Mr. Tom, he was always going to inquire as to how you and your family were doing. It was always a pleasure to get to visit with him.

Karen, I'm so sorry about your Dad, I know you will miss him dearly. Didn't know your Dad very well I always heard good things about him, Aleast you will have good memories of your Dad.
