I lived next door to the Barrows when Joey & I were kids. Frances was my "Fairy God Mother" and I love that family very much. Special memories were when Carolynette would visit, and I got to spend the night. I am so sorry to read that Joey has died, and my heartfelt sympathy to all of you. I am so sorry!

Joe was the one I wanted to sit by at family parties because he was hilarious. I loved to try to make him laugh. Whenever I suceeded it was a great day. He will be truly missed for his keen interest in others, his wit and charm and his lively attitude. God bless his whole family. We love you all. God bless Nancy.
