To the Edwards family, my condolences are extended to you at this time og grief. Mr. Billy as he was known to almost everyone was a very generous, kind hearted man with a heart of gold. He was a great, well respected individual. A man of no color or race. He was the employer of more Black African American individuals from the Stowell community than anyone i know, but not only was he an employer, he was there friend. Like Mr Billy, his children, all of them that i know followed in his foot steps in being respectful individuals, as friendly as they come but most important, they to had no preference to race or color. May God be with you all during your time of grief. From the Evans and Foster families, May God Be Wiyh You.

My deepest sympathy goes out to all the Edwards family. Mr. Billy was a father and husband of great vision. I was blessed to grow up with most of his children ride horses and many other things together. Mr. Billy was like a second father to all the kids that grew up on hwy 65! We will all miss you R.I.P. Mr Billy.

Mr. Edwards is a man I never had the honor of meeting in person, but whose legacy has left an impression on me greater than that of most men I have personally known all my life. Rest in peace, Mr. Edwards.
