I worked with my friend Tim Edwards at Columbia Gas System in Houston, in the early 1980's and met Willliam at his home in Winnie when I sold him my Mercedes as a Ranch vehicle - I still find that an amusing thing. William and his wife were very cordial to me and I enjoyed meeting many members of the family. I am very sorry to hear of your loss. God Bless all of you. Brock

Jamie and all the Edwards family. I was deeply saddened to hear about Billy's passing. He was always special to our family and will be greatly missed. My grandmother, Doris Broussard, always talked about him as did my mother, Betty Jane Birdsong. God Bless each of you.

To all the Edwards family,
Uncle Billy left his mark on the Caspersen kids and we are so glad to have known him and your Momma like we did. Growing up in Houston, we looked forward to our 4th of July celebrations at the ranch in Winnie. your parents opened the doors to our family like it was nothing to have a family of 16 for lunch. They were so generous!
I loved what father Jamail said at the funeral. So true! Thank you for sharing your precious parents with us.
