I have wonderful childhood memories of cousin, Billy, playing with my sisters and I at the Port Bolivar beach during summer vacations. He was kind and gentle to us! I will always smile as I think of him!

I am so sorry to hear about Billy, he was a true friend to me during and after our years of working together. "Buck" taught me a lot about the valve business and we had a lot of good times, I will dearly miss him.

Billy Jr and Stoney I will miss your dad. I had the priviledge to work and associate with him for the last 23 years. He is in a greater place and is now sitting by Paula's side. I loved him very much and valued his friendship.

My deepest sympathy to all of Billy's family and friends on his passing. I met Billy through my business career. I worked with his sweet wife Paula.
Billy was always the friendly type and had a heart of gold.
Throughout all of Paula's battle with cancer, Billy remained totally committed to her well being.
Billy will be greatly missed. I will continue to pray for Billy's soul and for the family members during this very difficult time.
