So sad to hear about Billie's passing....just seems like yesterday when all of us were running around the Howell house! I didn't know Billy was a swift runner...it must run in the family because I remember Paula had the fastest time in the 50 yard dash! (In eighth grade). God Bless all the Howells!!! Love you, Paula.
