William "Billy" Harrison Howell

He was a great athelete, and enjoyed playing with him. Think about him, and all of you guys from Forest Park. Know everyone will miss him!

Billy will be missed. He was one of the nicest people in our class, always with something nice to say and always ready with a funny story to tell or a joke on himself.

Billy Jr. and Stoney, you two boys are the combination of one of the best lifelong friends I have every had. Treasured the time I got to spend with both him and Paula. You be very proud, because I know how proud he was of both of you. I will miss him, there was no other Billy Howell and never will be. So glad he is now with Paula....finally.

Seeing the video of Billy playing football..was such a trip back in time playing football with Billy as our quarterback from our graduating class of 1966. Billy will always be our QB. I haven't seen Billy in 40 years but I remember him from high school, because he was one of good guys. Kind and considerate to everyone. I know everyone who knew and loved him will miss him dearly.
