I love you, dad. You tried so hard to become a better person inside and out and I am so proud of you. I'm very thankful for the time we got to spend together before you met Allison, but Im even more thankful you met Allison. You found true love at one of the hardest times in your life and whole heartedly found God too.
I will miss your phone calls and visits, dad. More than you'll ever know. And even though I'm sad our time together was cut too short- I know you are with me always and I will see you again- I have no doubt of that.

I don't even know what to say, or where to start. I am Joe's second born daughter. I last saw him a few times in 2010. Unfortunately, he and I never got to have that Father/Daughter relationship as we should have. The first time we met as adults, I was almost 31 years old, back in 1999. The last time prior to that was when I was about a year old. I have a couple photos of us as a memory, one from 1968, and two from 1999. (Not enough) I wish throughout the years that we could have had more time together, and now, it's too late. I am so very saddened by his passing. I never even got to meet all of my half-brothers and half-sisters, although I know of them all. He and I may not have been in each others lives, like we should have always been, however, my Dad will be in my heart and mind, always. Rest Peacefully at God's side. I miss you, and I love you, Dad. Respectfully, Lisa.

I am so very sorry, that i can not be there on your funeral dear Joe! I blieve, that you are in heaven. You look down at you dear wife, family. Ally my dear sister of my heart, will be ok, I am making sure, be there for you, and know you are too, forever, since love is forever and the biggest power. I would like for Ally and Joe's kids to know how deeply sorry I am for their loss. I didn't know Joe very well, but I know that he was very loved and I know that he followed Christ. May his family, friends, and loved ones find comfort in knowing that he is truly in paradise with the Lord. There is no more pain, no sadness for him. You will be together again one day. Hold onto God's promise, and may it bless you with strength and peace!

Allison....so sorry for the loss of Joe. I know you two were very happy. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers!
