Lillian "Sissy" Arnold

It was always a joy to visit Uncle Fred & Aunt Sis when we came home to Nederland on vacation. They both are greatly missed. Now they can rest in peace together.

Dear Joe,
Lenny and I were sorry to hear about your loss of your Mom. At 93, she lived a good, long life, and afterall, she had you for a Son.

You all know that my heart is with you, and just know that I admire the family she raised.

Aunt Sis was my Dad's favorite sister and I miss her already.

I have always considered Ms. Lillian as my mother she took me in over 30 years ago as her son when Joe and I worked TV and Radio together. I will never forget the good times I had with her. One thing I will always remember about her is that she told me what ever I do in life, be the best at it. Well Mom I still have not let you down. Now you take your rest in Peace.

We have so many fond memories of the family parties with Aunt Sis and Uncle Fred hosting. Loved to hear her play the organ.....such a warm, loving home.
Our prayers are with all the families, she will be missed!

I am so sorry for your loss. She was so special to our family. Your family adopted our family and we Loved her so much as well as your dad. I have so many memories that I will keep in my heart forever. You are with your heavenly father now Mrs. Arnold, so I know you are rejoicing in HIS presence. I celebrate your life and love for your family and friends.

Miss Lillian and the family lived across the street from us on Boston Ave. for years. She was so sweet and caring. I am lifting up prayers for all the family as you go through this difficult time.
