I'm so sorry to hear of his passing. I knew Troy many years ago at Coca-Cola. I taught him how to run a route and enjoyed working with him. I'm sure he will be missed by all.

Mr. Troy,

You were a loving father, a thoughtful husband, a caring brother, a true friend and most of all a good person at heart. Those who knew you also knew you never met a stranger. It wasn’t even that you tried to make new friends. You just walked in a room and had such a charismatic charge to your personality people couldn’t help but take note. You had such a free spirit, one that leaves a mark on the world and those whose life’s you touched. My family was not only lucky enough to have known you we were lucky enough to call you family. You saw our family through so much over the years. Your words of encouragement, wisdom and truth will always remain even long after you have gone. I feel fortunate knowing you lived a good life and although you will be missed by all, we know we will see you again soon. Until then....

We worked with Troy at Coca-Cola for many years. He was a joy as a friend and a co-worker. I always knew I could depend on Troy to lend a hand, and he was always smiling and telling stories. His loss will be felt by everyone who knew him, and our thoughts and prayers are with those of you who loved him most.

Troy was a great person he always was a friend to me. A man of inspiration and courage. I still can see him driving the wrecker with the pumpkin on the door. Few can fill his shoes. You will be missed my friend!

You have been there for me and my family so many times over the years. I have loved you and valued your friendship like no other. I have never respected any other person on earth the way I respect you. I am so happy that Holly and I got to visit with you last month. It meant so much to us for you to have come to Holly's graduation. I will never forget the first thing you said to me when I greeted you was "I love you" and I told you the same. You gave me one of those big hugs of yours and I put my arm thru yours and laughed and talked about old times and new times too.
I really thought I would know you as a crotchety old man with white hair, still fixing stuff and drinking your Miller Lite. You set a beautiful example of what an outstanding man looks like for my daughter and your own daughter. There will never be another like you. I love you Troy Marshall and I will for as long as I live.

Words cannot express the sadness and pain I feel for your loss. My heart breaks for you all at this difficult time. I wish you all strength and love. Troy you will be missed.I was leaving work saturday morning feeling very sad and glad at the same time when i walked by the coffee room. sad cause you were not there to talk about all kind of things, but then i was glad i had a friend like you for 25 yrs. to talk to about things. hope we will be drinking coffee again someday.

You will be truely missed.
