Seems like the good guys go way to early. Curtis and I coached our boys in baseball. the first year we practiced next to 421 at the land by the place the milk trucks parked. that wasnt good enough for Curtis. So the next year Curtis built the field of dreams (a baseball field and a batting cage)for the baseball team.Curtis always thought of the boys first. Curtis found time to pitch to a very young baseball player (Aaron) when the big boys were around. Aaron thought he was very special that day. Curtis respected everyone for who they were and never found fault with anyone. Curtis taught me what a Christian truly is.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family. I enjoyed the times we worked together at ADT. It was a very sad moment when I went online and saw of his passing. I had just talked to him on the phone a few weeks ago. He will surely be missed. God bless the family and help them get through this difficult time.

Lydia and the boys: We were so shocked and saddened to learn of your loss. Curtis was truly that rare item--a really good man. He will be missed by all of us. So many of our memories of years past are linked to Curtis and his baseball coaching....my grief now is eased to know beyond a doubt that
our Dougie was thrilled to welcome Coach to heaven and delighted to escort him into the presence of our Lord. Please know that you have our love and our prayers.

Mrs. Lydia, all the Pace boys and your spouses-
We are so saddened to hear about Mr. Pace and our hearts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. God recently led me to a certain scripture in a devotion I was reading. Psalm 40:16 "Let all who seek You rejoice and be glad in You; Let those who love Your salvation say continually, "The Lord be magnified!" " The devotion was titled Maintaining Joy. The last paragraph says "When you stop to consider the amazing blessings that are yours in Christ, gratitude will likely overwhelm you. Sadness concerning circumstances may still endure, but the joy of the Lord will carry you through even the deepest pain."
I know your family and the faith all of you have in Our Precious Savior so I know you will have the strength to endure this very difficult time but know that so many people are praying for all of you. I know it is very comforting knowing that you will one day see him again and live in Heaven with him for eternity and having that hope will help you each day. We will continue to lift you all up in prayer.
Much love from the Jones family.

We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Curtis. I find it hard to find the right words to express the sense of loss we feel. Curtis was a good man and a good friend who leaves a lasting legacy to his family who he loved dearly. We will miss his gift of humor and have many fond memories we can remember and smile. God bless the Pace family, you are all in our prayers.
