Lena & all of the Bordes Family, I just wanted to let you know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers at this sad time in your lives. Growing up in Fannett (actually, Labelle) I used to see your parents so often when my family would visit their store. They were both such friendly people, and we enjoyed visiting and doing business with them for a lot of years. (Mickey and I moved away from Fannett when we married in 1966; but my parents, L.J. & Germaine Aubey, continued to do business with your parents as long as they were in business. I know my parents also enjoyed the friendliness of your parents.) I would occasionally see your mom when I was down in Fannett visiting my family over the years, and she was always so warm and friendly and ready to engage in conversation with me about our families. Please know that I pray for the eternal rest of your mom's soul in Heaven and for peace and comfort for you and your family as you grieve your loss of her. Sorry about the loss of your mother. She was a good lady. Your family and ours (Cuniff) have been friends for a long time. Lot of great memories. your dad and mom, my dad and mom are all together again along with many friends and family. Love to Lena, Donna Sue, Ronald and Robert

My thoughts and prayers are with you all. My summer childhood memories include our daily trip to the store for ice cream on our bikes. Your mother watched us all grow up. I stopped in to visit with her every time I was in the area until the closing of the store. Many cherished memories. Love to you all!

Robert I was sadden to hear of your mother's passing. My memories of her was that she was a kind woman who had a smile for all. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.
