Dear Sweet Roger, I miss you already. You and your family have touched my life in ways you will never know. I will always cherish the years I spent learning from you. Rest assured my friend I was changed for the better with you in my life. I am honored to have served as secretary to you for many years. You served as substitute father to many people over the years and I am proud to call myself one of them.
Nancy and Yessie, I love you all and I promise to check in on you often. If there is ever any way I can be of service or assistance to you, I would jump to your side. Please feel free to lay your head on my shoulder any time or place.

I have known Roger for over thirty years and worked with him about twetny five years. I considered him my boss, mentor and friend and looked up to him as a fatherly figure. He positively touched the lives of so many people as this was evidenced by the fact that there were large numbers of visitors at his visitation and funeral. He was well respected by his clients and his fellow professionals. He will be missed by so many people!! I am certain that he and Joni have been reunited in heaven. My thoughts and prayers go to the rest of his beautiful family left behind on this Earth.

Our pjrayers are with you. Roger was more than our accountant: he was a special friend. He always had a story to tell and laughter in his heart. We will miss him terribly.

Roger handled the annual audit for the Greater Beaumont Chamber of Commerce for years. On behalf of the staff and the board of directors, please accept our deepest sympathy. We enjoyed his help and professionalism.

Roger and I had a very special long-time business relationship over the span of 30 years...covering almost as many business entities. He was the ultimate professional, always informed and willing to labor to the benefit of his clients, while following GAAP.

Most certainly he will be missed, not only by his faimly, but by his peers, the community, his clients and me amoung his many friends.

I was so sad to hear the news of Roger’s passing. He hired me as a receptionist while I was still in college, and I left the firm 8 years later as a CPA. I grew and learned so much under his guidance, and for that, I will always be grateful. Regrettably, I was not able to attend the services due to the flu, but please know that you have been in my thoughts and prayers.

P.S. I really enjoyed watching the keepsake video. It is obvious that his family was his number one love and priority.
