'Boo' will certainly be missed. Such a good spirited person who was always happy to see you. Hand extended out to you along with his smiling eyes. A pillar of the community and friend to all who ever met him.We will always remember you, Boo, and all the happiness that you gave us and others. May God welcome you home with open arms and bless your family.

Dear Susan, Anne, Sam, Danny and Stephanie. We are so sorry for the loss of your father and your grandfather Anne. We always loved hearing his stories of the past and his mind stayed so sharp on history and events that he experienced around Beaumont and growing up in Louisiana. We were so luck to have known him and to share some time with him these past 8 years. He was a true gem of a man and any person would be lucky to call him a friend. His gentle heart, kind words, sound advice and fascinating conversations will all be missed. He made our life richer just knowing him. We will keep you and your families in our prays and we will keep Sam's love he shared in our hearts. Sincerely, Ted & Gretchen East

For those us who were so fortunate to know, love, and be loved by Sam ' Boo' Serio Sr., it was so obvious of how great a man he was. I considered him as my own grandfather (as he was to my wife, Anne and brother-in-law Taylor) and he is forever missed. May his stories, legacy, and values live on.
Much love,
Brandon

Thanks to Boo for raising some wonderful children including the man who married my sister and made her a wonderful home so that I never have to worry about her and Anthony. I know they will be always be safe and protected by a man who was taught the value of family.
God bless you Boo Serio and SEMPER FI!!!
