I'm am so sorry to hear about your Dad and Grandfather. He was a wonderful man and liked by so many. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

Boo was an outstanding Family Man who also had many friends. We enjoyed our Church, Coffee etc times together. To his wonderful family and friends I send my deepest regrets.

This great man will be missed dearly.He was always there with a smile. He has told so many New Roads stories over the years. I always enjoyed him so much. I am married to his nephew James. We got married when we were very young everyone thought we were crazy, but Uncle Boo said if we loved each other and work at it we would make it. We have been married 42 years have 3 childern and 5 grandchildern. I know he loved us and was proud of us especially James's military carrer, To his family my prayers are with ya"ll. Just remember he will always be in your memories and in your hearts. I loved him and will miss him.

*What a lovely character Boo was * Always a smile for anyone. He will be missed by all the hearts he touched.

My Memory goes back 40 years ago when we met Boo, I know many will remember back to the Friday evenings at Jack's Pack It on Calder...Behind counter was Joe, Mamie,Birdie and BOO....Thanks for the memory !!!

Dear Susan, Anne,Taylor, Sam, Danny and Stephanie.
We are so sorry for the loss of your father and your grandfather. We always loved hearing his stories of the past and his mind stayed so sharp on history and events that he experienced around Beaumont and growing up in Louisiana. We were so lucky to have known him and to share some time with him these past 8 years. He was a true gem of a man and any person would be lucky to call him a friend. His gentle heart, kind words, sound advice and fascinating conversations will all be missed. He made our life richer just knowing him. We will keep you and your families in our prayers and we will keep Sam's love he shared in our hearts.
