To the family of Bill, he will be truly missed by everyone I had the joy and pleasure of talking with Bill whenever there was something going in the City when he was following a story or questions dealing with the City elections. I was out of the City when I heard of his passing. Please know that you guys will be in our thoughts and prayers and do know that God will put a smile in your heart and wipe all tears from your eyes. I didn't personally know Bill but I felt as if I did. I enjoyed watching him on the news daily. So sad losing him so soon. The news will not be the same without him. I pray for his family as well. RIP Bill.

I'm sure I am not alone when I say losing Bill was like losing a family member. He was a part of our families for many years and he will be missed terribly. Our prayers are for the family and friends he left behind. RIP

Mr. Leger came up to help me three times at Walgreens Pharmacy whenever I was sick. He made certain I was all right when in reality his little daughter had just come home from the hospital and he was there to retrieve her medicine. He was a people person...a shiny star for all around him. He will truly be missed.
