William "Bill" D. Cable

It is with sorrow that I learn of my cousin Billy Dan's passing.
Wahwiece, my thoughts are with you, Drew and Danya. Bless you all with all the great memories of this decent man. My best memory is his wonderful sense of humor. and his hair. It could have survived a small hurricane....always perfect!!!As was his heart.

Although we have lost a dear and loyal friend, a consummate gentleman, and a family man of strong faith, loving spirit, and kind heartedness, I take solace during this time of loss in my memories of the absolute enjoyment and distinct pleasure of having had the opportunity to re-kindle my friendship with "Billy Dan" (and Wahwiece) during the Class of '55's 50th Reunion in Fredericksburg in 2005.

To Wahwiece and family, please know that each of you is and will always be in my thoughts and prayers. With heartfelt condolences, I remain, as always, Ever Loyal.

We are so sorry for your loss. It was truly a pleasure to know Bill. He was always such a gentleman. May God wrap his arms around your family. We have all in our prayers. Sorry we were not able to be there.

So sorry for your loss. We observed my dad's passing this month, it's been four years. Prayers are extended to you and your family.

I have fond memories of Mr. Cable from younger days with ski trips and visits to your home. He was a warm and thoughtful man. I pray the Lord gives you comfort during this time.

Wahwiece, it really saddened me when I learned of
Billy Dan's illness and now his "passing". Our
class of 1955 is losing too many classmates too fast.
I will always remember Bill's infectious smile and his gentle manner!
My wife (Linda) and I extend our sincere condolences
