Joyce, Carmen, & family---you have my deepest sympathy for the loss of your Son, Brother, Uncle, & friend. I'm so thankful that I was able to have a couple of phone conversations with Randy in his last few weeks. I have wonderful memories of speding time with him in high school. One of my favorites was when Joyce took the three of us to the demolition derby at the Sangamon County Fair. He was a very special person. & I can't imagine the loss you must be feeling right now.

Carmen and Aunt Joyce I was so sorry to hear about Randy's passing. When we next have a change to visit we will remember all the good and funny times we shared growing up. Remember the snake that escaped in his bedroom....while we were visiting? Or the bike riding lessons where we rode the handle bars and he peddled all the way. Hiding in the corn and thinking we were invisible. Okay, so I guess we'll just have to travel down that road when you get here. In the mean time know that I think of you often and hope you have peace and comfort...just as Randy has. We'll miss him. Love & kisses. Pat/John/AmyJo/Jonathan

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Now is the time to heal and reflect upon the best of times. Randy would want nothing less. So many memories rush to the forefront. Fishing trips, Saint Louis zoo, my first dead jackrabbit in the game reserve, an armidillo in a semi, a bed of rocks for a corvette, beauty that Randy could see best-in a raindrop, an orchid, a hummingbird an old car. We will all miss him but never forget the man that he was. May God bless and keep your family.

I will miss my friend. The knowledge that he is no longer here makes my world a sadder place. He was a protecter of the small ones and willing to stride on the road less traveled. He made me laugh about things that were not funny and cry about things that were. He was forged in a raging fire and tempered by the love of his sister. Carmen, my sincere thoughts love and grief go out to you and your family. Love,Penny

My heart is heavy with the news of Randy's passing. We were childhood friends and classmates who had reconnected on FB. He will be remembered fondly as a kind, quite artist. Please accept my sincere sympathies.
