Guestbook for Mary Ann Taylor

Mary Ann Taylor

March 3, 1951 - October 11, 2012

Mary Ann Taylor – such a generous human. She would give you anything you needed, if she had it. It was never about her – always about you – whoever you were at the time. She would laugh and cry with you and tell you like it was – whether you liked it or not.

Mary Ann fought a hard battle during her journey to heaven. Yet her demeaner never swayed. Her spirit uplifted everyone around her especially when she had a good day –although she considered every day as a good day. But you also knew when to stay away when she was on a roll of kick-ass and take names!

She has been climbing her stairway to heaven for a long time, and her soul has now entered the gates where she will meet new souls, be able to cook for them and laugh with them. And like she did during her time on earth, she will be looking down on us, watching and praying.

Yes, the Lord has been her shepherd all her life. He lifted her when she was down as she knew He would not forsake her. Maryanne is in His kingdom and in His favor now. And now she is forever in our hearts and minds.

Until we meet again, my sister in faith. XOXO

My good friend & mentor. I will miss her. She told me that she didnt want me to be sad, she wanted me to live my life to the fullest & to keep on being the free spirit that she loved. That is what I keep in mind as we go through this time. She gave so much to all of that knew & loved her. She had a wicked sense of humor & always had time for a good laugh. I will always carry her in my heart & love her.

Mary Ann brought joy to all who came in contact with her. She always treated her employees with the "Mother" effect and was respected by all. We will miss her and the value she brought to our lives. GOD bless her.

Mary Ann was a awesome lady that will forever be in my heart. I learned alot from Mary Ann (Momma). She had one of the kindess hearts of anyone I have ever known. I know she is in Heaven right now with God, her mom and Gloria and celebrating this event as we speak. She told me several weeks ago she was ready for the next chapter in her life and that she wanted to make sure I was happy, she didnt want me sad. She knew exactly where she was headed and excited to go. I will truely miss my dear friend but I will get to see her again!! I will always love her like a mom!!!

Mary Ann has been a wonderful friend to me for 25 years. We started off as co-workers but quickly ended up friends. Her sweet heart, sarcastic jokes, her deep faith and pure love made her so very special to me. I will miss her deeply, but I know where she is right now, and that is exactly where she wants to be, with the Lord. It is so comforting to know that when it is our time to pass, someone we love so will be there to greet us....that I know!

To Mary Ann's family, I know this has been so hard. I hope that the wonderful memories, the knowledge of knowing Mary Ann is no longer in pain and she is in heaven gives you great comfort. I am so sorry for you loss.

I know we have a new very special angel looking over us now. Truly one of a kind! Love you with all my heart Mary Ann.
