Lynn C. Steed

Lynn was a "stand up guy". He could challenge you and the next minute have his arm on your shoulder. His strong work ethic and character put him in a special class. He worked hard at bring a good role model.

My condolences to the family. I met Lynn when he was doing Raychem workshops for SWBT. He had worked with my father and recognized my name. My father spoke very highly of Mr Steed as an extremely intelligent and honest man. I am glad I got to know him as well.

I met Lynn back in the 70's. He was always a joy to be around, always had a welcoming smile, and never any hidden agendas. He mentored many of us coming up in the business, even if we were not employees in his district. When he retired and moved on to Raychem it was always a pleasure to see him at the work centers and have a chance to catch up. God took a great one home when he opened the gates for Lynn! God Bless him and RIP.

My Aunt Dorothy and Uncle "Kayo" and their daughters, my cousins, were a big part of my life growing up in Spring Branch. I remember him as a strong father figure who took great care of his wife and daughters. I know that with his passing, he has found peace and hope that his family can find some comfort in that at this time and in the years to come.

How fortunate many of us at SWB / SBC / AT&T were to have worked for & with Lynn. He was a man of outstanding character, a leader with his own style, and a husband and father who loved his wife & family dearly.

When we think of Lynn, we can't help but smile. He was such a kind, likable man. We thank God that he is healed and at peace in his eternal home. Our prayers to Dottie and the family for comfort and peace during this difficult time. We send you our love.
