To all of Barbara's family, I want to express my deepest sympathy. Barbara and I had a special bond as I convinced here back in 2003 that it was time to retire and enjoy life, so we jumped in together to retire that year. We'd been phone buddies ever since because I moved to Idaho shortly after retirement. We were never at a loss for words and spent hours visiting long distance. She kept me informed as to what was the latest in Southeast Texas, and I told her what it was like living in the Northwest. I will dearly miss my friend, her enthusiasm for life, and her deep love of our precious Lord and Saviour.

Barbara taught me so much about being an educational diagnostician. She will be missed by many. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.

Tammy, I am so sorry for your loss. May the Lord comfort you during this difficult time. I will be praying for you and your family.

Jennifer, We want to send our heart felt condolences to you in the loss of your mom. Please know you and your family are in our prayers. Many fond memories are remembered of our families knowing each other all our lives.

Tammy, I wish I could be there right now for you at this time yet travel is not very conducive for me at this time. I always enjoyed visiting with your mother each time we came down for a visit. I really enjoyed seeing her this last Christmas. It was a real joy for me seeing both of you again. I now you'll miss her dearly, try to remember all the great times and the not so great times you had with her and you'll find her with you. She is a part of you and you a part of her. Then there's the beehive hairdo, LOL. I'll call you in a few days. HUGS your cousin, Sandra

it will bless your heart as you read it later. Brings joy and a smile to you. It will bring healing and closure.
Just picture your mom telling you these words if she could I love you and sorry I had to leave you so soon.

You will find peace and joy like you have never know before. The whole family love you so give thanks to your lord and ask for strength and it is your.

I don't know one woman on earth that wasn't jealous of that gorgeous figure, sparkling smile, and that fire on the inside for her Savior! Barbara will be truly missed!
