Dear Marion, In searching for your email address, I came across Alice's obituary. Please accept our belated sympathy to you and your family. We will always remember her smiling face and kindness as we traveled together on the Alaska Railroad. We know you will miss her greatly, but trust that God will grant you the grace and peace to carry on.

With deepest sympathy. I so fondly remember time spent with your family and the friendship, especially with Paul, when my family lived in Beaumont.
Almighty God, Father of mercies and giver of comfort: Deal graciously, we pray, with all who mourn; that, casting all their care on you, they may know the consolation of your love; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Alice was a dear friend for many years at Oak Forest Elementary where we were both teachers. I have fond memories of time spent with her before and after the school day, during conference periods, and as we served on numerous committees together through the years. Alice was a wonderful person who always had a smile when you saw her. I missed our daily conversations after she retired and left the district. We sometimes spoke by telephone when she felt like talking. Alice will be missed.
I wish to express my sincere condolences to Dr. Hendrickson and his family. I did not know of Alice's passing until late Saturday afternoon, or I would have been present at her memorial service. My prayers and thoughts will be with you in the comings weeks. God Bless You!!

It is with great sadness we learned of the death of Alice. During my days at OVC back in 1971, 1972. You and Marion both meant so much to me and helped me greatly. I remember Marion first introducing me to New Testament Greek and Alice's meek and gentle spirit. Our condolences to you and the family.

Our deepest sympathy to all the family. We got to know Teresa and Paul when he preached in Wellington, and his parents when they visited. Paul, your mother was a lovely person. God bless you with peace and comfort during this difficult time.
