Joan, Joel, Julie and Jimmy's children,

I cannot tell you how sad it was to hear of Jimmy's death last week. Joel had just come back from Galveston and I think I am still in disbelief. I am so sad for your loss Joan. It has been a very difficult couple of years for you and I know you did all you could to care for Pete and Jimmy both. My constant prayers and thoughts are with you and Jimmy's children. They are all such wonderful young adults. Please let me know if I can do anything for you. I am always a phone call away if you ever need me for anything.

Our thoughts and prayer or with the family, We have know Jim for only four years, but we concitered him a friend.
I had placed him in the prayer book at our church years ago. I lead the prayer group there, so I can say for a fact He was lifted up in prayer for the last four years.. I hope this brings you'll some Peace and comfort. Gloria Jacobs

Jimmy was ill for a long time. He fought his illness with strength and ambition: Jimmy loved his father "PETE".
and his mom, a lot of times he was misunderstood, but I know the love he had for his kids is undenyable. my thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

Premeaux, my friend. I'm proud to call you my friend. You impacted my life and my family's life in a very positive way. Very few people can I call a true friend. You are one. You have been so since we met. I thank you for that. Good bye my friend. You will be greatly missed.

Right now all I really can say is wow.....Jimmy was just at our house, which he was quite often and said he was feeling much better. Jimmy and Bubba were so very close and this is just such a shock for both of us. Bubba feels like he lost a big brother that by the way called him every night either at supper or exactly at 9 pm. We used to get a laugh out of that. He and Bubba would stay on the phone forever just talking. Jimmy you rest in peace as you deserve it......Joan and family our thoughts and prayers are with you because we know you have lost a son and brother and Bubba has lost a very close close friend, cousin, and more to him. RIP Jimmy
