I am the widow of Roy K. Brooks,USN Ret.
I met Tex In San Diego, back in the '70
Roy and Bill lost touch when we moved to Florida.
Tex found us back in1997 as he flew a plane hisself
out to see us on his way up north.
It was like brothers meeting brothers after a long absent.
They talked all night, reliving sea stories,
My prayer is they have met again.Forever in my heart, the both of them, Much love to Marcia and the rest of his family,Cecile

To the family of Bill,

We regret that we never took the opportunity to express to Bill in person what a difference he made. We first met him while working for Tony and Carol duPont and we worked together until he up and moved to Texas. Bill was alsways one to call it as he saw it and for that we are grateful. We will miss you and thank you for the time we had working through impossible situations and solving the unsolvable. RIP Bill

Thoughts and Prayers for a great shipmate and friend, fair winds and following seas.

I had the joy and honor of working with Bill at duPont Aerospace. Gosh, he will be missed. He was so talented and had great stories. Through him, I .had the pleasure of meeting Marcia and Erik as well. He loved his family, his country, his dogs and life. I am glad I got to know you and send my condolences to your family.

He will be missed, but will be forever in our hearts. My thoughts and prayers are with the English family.
