Frank W. Gerrietts

To all of you who lovedFrank... he made a major impact on the lives of each person in my family... now he has gone onto the next great adventure... And I know he is delighting in now knowing exactly what that is. We love and miss him ... one of a kind indeed.

You were the most interesting and memorable of all my teachers. I will never forget the talks and laughs that we had together. Thank you for helping me see the talent inside myself. I am blessed to have been able to call you my friend. Rest in peace old cop!

We're a little bit older now but I'll always remember you as Mr. Gerrietts. Thanks, for all you taught me in education and life back in 1968-69. You were a professional in all you did. You will be missed.

I had the pleasure of knowing Frank for 23 years and that doesn't seem long enough to me. I will miss him dearly.
Goodbye Frank

You let everyone think you were a tough old SOB but those of us who knew you know you had a heart of gold and were a true softy under all that crusty old cuss mask you often wore. Frank, you will be missed by all of us who knew you as an artist and a teacher. God be with you as you head to a place that will be full of wonderous things to paint in heaven. You will be missed!

Frank, every time I hear the mockingbird sing I will think of you...you made beauty real, on paper, canvas and life.....take care my friend.

You know how much your Dad meant to us! We can honestly say he took good care of all his neighbors, and we have great memories of all his antics. The latest raccoon catch and release will be forever embedded in our memory!

In 1971 Frank gave to me the 179/200 THE DREAM RUNNERS {leather bound} that he and James Bixler had so professionally produced. To this day, I still occasionally pick it up and am amazed at the artistry and creative poetry that it possesses. Frank, you were really
a neat guy!
