Wilbert Sonnier

We were so very sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. Sonnier. The community truely lost one of its characters. Such a sweet man!

To the family of Wilbert, so sorry for your loss. I talked to Vernon a couple of years ago when Ella Mae died and he sent me some info on your family. My husband Ray Sonnier 3rd great-grandfather and Wilbert's great-grandfather were brothers. We plan to visit some friends in Beaumont sometime this year and would love to meet the Sonnier family from Winnie. Especially Mr. Lilton. Would like to have info on Wilbert's family including pictures. My e-mail is on the Broussard website. I do genealogy and love family history and pictures. Ella Mae looked just like my husband's sister Rosabelle.

I’m so sorry to hear about your dad. It sounds like he had a long, full life. I will certainly keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers.

Timmy - May the Angel of Peace hold you during this terrible time of grief and give you comfort. The emptiness will never go away but it will diminish over time.
