Lauren & Debbie,
We are so very sorry for your loss. Hollie always had the biggest smile, that is what comes to mind when we think of her. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family now. We pray that He wraps his arms around you in comfort.

Hollie was the first date I ever had, I think it was 7th grade Homecoming. My brain is a bit fuzzy on the details, but I do vividly remember going with her to Casa Ole before the football game. I was incredibly shy at the time, and so was Hollie. It was quite comical...we both got our food and were sitting across from each other, nervous and not eating. It was maximum shyness in effect. Then, this old guy in the table next to us, who had noticed our silence, jabs me on the shoulder and emphatically says, "Talk to her!!". We both laughed and ate our food, as embarassed as it is possible to be. I'm sorry to say our mutual shyness prevented us from really communicating very much after that Homecoming, but I'll always remember that short time we had together. My sincere condolences to the Crenshaw family.

Sincerely,
Tom J.

Debbie, I was so sorry to hear about Hollie's passing. I know there is nothing I can say and I don't know how you are feeling; but, I do know that only God can get you through something like this. I am glad you have a foundation of faith and I know Jesus is comforting your heart as only He can. Hollie was a beautiful young lady and I will never forget her. You and your family are all in my prayers and have been since I heard the news on Friday. I will continue to pray for you and just wanted you to know I was thinking about you and I love you girl!

I first met Hollie at Full Gospel Christian Center where we met and attended school together. Then we moved away. I was 13 and started going to a new church and she was the only one I knew in the youth group. I remember her coming up to me and asking if I wanted to sit with her and the rest of the youth group. That really meant a lot to me. Years later we weren't as close but we would see each other here and there and I never forgot the time she reached out to me. See you in Heaven, Hollie.

I can still picture Hollie as the sweet little girl with the strawberry-blonde pigtails running around MCA. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends in their time of grief.
