Charles Abshire

I am very sadded to hear of Mr. Abshire's passing. I had the pleasure of visiting with him on many mornings at the Nederland Police Department. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. He will be missed.

Freddie, I was saddened to hear about Charles. You both have been like family to us for so long. I suppose Charles was the closest thing I ever had to being a brother. He was such a kind and gentle person. I am so glad we got to see you both, back in January. I can only tell you that God and time will heal your sorrow. Charles is in a much better place.
