Mildred Yount Manion

Mildred was one of the kindest gentlest souls I ever met. She was a wonderful lady who will truly be missed.

Mildred was one of my High School Classmates, and some of us have been getting together three or four times per year since the Spring of 2001, as well as getting together for Formal Reunions every five years.

During our Fortieth Reunion, we had a party at the Pig Stand on Calder Ave one block from the Mildred Apartments & the Mildred Building. Mildred was gracious enough to take some of us to the Mildred Apartment Building, & show us her Apartment. Our Reunion Pictures were takan on the steps of the Mildred Apartment Building. Mildred was such a "dear, sweet" person, & she'll be missed dearly! There were seventy-five Classmates & Spouses at that Reunion.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family and loved ones of Mildred. May she rest in peace within the loving heart and arms of Our Lord. I feel honored to have been a friend and classmate of Mildred. She lived her life in giving to others.She is loved and will be missed by so many. May God bless you.
