Sam Marino was my uncle. One of the things that I remember about him was his kindness and patience with children. When I was a child, we spent Christmas Day at Grandmother's house. Uncle Sam would have a pocketful of silver dollars that he gave to his many nieces and nephews. What fun! He was always very pleasant. He did a wonderful job of caring for his mother in her later years. He was a fine man.
