Buddy was such a kind and patient man with all us kids. It's rare a grown- up becomes such a good friend with his kid's friends. We are privileged to call Buddy and Jane our friend. I name Jane because those two just naturally go together. It was always Buddy and Jane.

Jane and Bud, We are sorry to hear of Buddie's passing and our loss here on earth. We know how much Buddie loved the Lord and how his life was a testament to his faith. To know Buddie was to love him for he had wonderful sense of humor. He now resides in the heavenly home for which he prepared himself throughout his lifetime. May God bless you, Jane, as you carry on in his absence. Bud, your dad passed with the upmost satisfaction knowing that he had accomplished a parent's greatest dream seeing the man that you have become. We rejoice that we will all be together again someday. Love, Bettye and Jim

So sorry to hear of your loss. He sounds like a wonderful person we would have loved to meet and get to know. Joe and I are Linda Miller's Aunt and uncle and have treasured having Warren as a long time member of our family. God bless all of your family.

Who knew back in the early 90s, when I met Buddy and Jane at the SP Neighborhood Assoc that they would come to be like a second set of parents. Buddy handed me a newspaper clipping and a lifetime friendship was instantly formed. I am sure it wasn't an accidental meeting, I believe we were meant to meet at that time and place. Buddy has taught me more about people than anyone I know. He showed me that that when you expect the best from someone you almost always get it.I had learned to expect the least and often got that. So to say that Buddy was a pivotable part of my life would be a great understatement. I loved him and I will miss him greatly.
However, I did learn that the real brains in the family were held by Mama Jane. I am so sorry that you have lost your best friend. joe

Buddy touched the lives of so many South Park kids. I am proud to have lived across the street from Buddy and Jane and been friends with their son, Bud. I have many fun memories of sharing their long jump pit, bench press, swings and monkey bars. I remember watching Buddy playing baseball, gardening and flying through the air on water skis. My wife, Belinda, and I send our sympathy and love to Jane and Bud.
