I'm so sorry to hear about Linda passing away! Just found out a moment ago and the funeral was this morning. I wish we could have been there. Every year we would look forward to seeing her at the river! She was always so cheerful and thoughtful! Sweetest person! She always knew about when we would be there and we always went to see her. Had to give us sugars!! It won't be the same without her being there! She will be greatly missed. Love, chuck, Colleen and Emily Fontenot.

My childhood memories are many of spending time with Ruth, Linda and Marilyn at Mr. Whitney and Ms. Haze's house in Winnie. You girls were always so sweet, such a wonderful reflection of the parents that raised you. Since I have become an adult, we have not seen each other except on those special occassions or the chance meetings. But I will always remember you all and how sweet you all were.My heart goes out to you and my prayers for Linda's soul. May Linda rest in peace with her mom and dad in heaven waiting on her 3 children to join her one day. May you all be blessed with love for the days of your lives..

Miss Hazel raised 3 wonderful girls with loving, kind hearts! I know she is glad to have one of her babies home with her again!
