WC was "Top Shelf". We will miss him in our lives but he will be in our hearts forever. He touched all of our souls with the kindness and the joy that few will ever match.

Dear Wayne & family,

I am devastated to get this tragic news. Not many days pass here that I don't think of you all. Such good memories - they are mine ... and I'm keeping those FOREVER! Wayne , your Dad was the best ... and you have followed in his footsteps. Stick with it ... I will be seeing you REAL SOON ... and I'm not letting you slip from my hands again! Your best pal - Jack (please pass my sympathy and prayers onto Donna , Ned, Sheldon , & Tricia). There willl never be another one like "W.C. Jones!" God Bless you all ...

W.C. fished in our pond and caught an eight pound bass. No one has topped. He did it with one cast. He will always be in our memory for this and the many times we enjoyed his company. Another incident which is remebered is when he attended one of the Copeland reunions and during a group photo shoot, Aunt Zelda held his hand and would not let go. We always enjoyed him at the reunions for his smile and interest in people. Love ya! W.C.
