Lorrie & Kathy, I was so sorry to hear of your dad's passing 4 months after he was gone, and now to find that your mom has gone, as well, almost 6 months ago now. It was hard to imagine your mom without your dad, and although I know it is hard to lose them both within such a short time, it was not a surprise to find that she had followed so soon to reunite with him. They were always inseperable in life. I know that this past year has been very difficult for both of you, and your families, as well. Reflect on the good memories you have of them, and know that they are together, happy and at peace, and find your comfort in knowing that. You all have my deepest sympathies, and I will keep you in my prayers. Karen

Kathy and Lorrie, you girls were very fortunate to have such wonderful parents, always remember the good time and don't forget all the historical places you got to visit on your vacations. I am so lucky to have been able to know your mom and dad, and uncle Art has a lot of fond memories growing up with your mom and dad. We love all of you

Mrs.Opal, The time i met you,the warmth in your voice and the twinkle in your eye. I knew i met an angel, and that you will try to deny. I would bring you a red rose, and Richard a rock. You would just smile, and give me a big hug,and sometimes i think Richard wanted to give me slug. Sometimes at first you would forget my name,so you nicknamed me the rock. And to this day, that name still means alot. You have touched so many people in your lifetime. Just by what you would say and do for them, and always assured them everything would be just fine. They say angels on earth are getting far and few. So i am so very grateful, that i was able to meet you. You raised two beautiful daughters, and in them i can see . Alot of you,and your kindness and love for family. They will raise their children and grandchildren too. And i bet they will turn out ,alot like you. The love you showed them, and the care that you took. Should be written in a mother's love for her children book. And your husband Richard,of 60 years. Is waiting for you in Heaven, with his eyes filled with tears. The tears are of joy and happiness i bet. And it will be better than the first time ya'll met. He up there in Heaven, blowing up his arm. And waiting for his solemate,he calls his lucky charm. So when you get to Heaven,ya'll can both look down. And see the familys ya'll raised are still safe and sound. (I WILL MISS YOU MAW) Judge Clark

I wanted to share a memory from when I was a kid. I always remember when Aunt Opal and Uncle Richard would return home from Saudi and come to OH to visit. I always thought that was the neatest thing in the world that I knew people that had spent time in a foreign country. I will always remember Aunt Opal as smiling and happy whenever I saw her. I will miss looking forward to seeing her and Richard on there trip's to OH.

We are so sorry to hear about our dear friend Opal. Richard and her were a great couple and I am sure they are now reunited. We wonder which one will tell the first joke. We have lost two great people.
