Richard "Dick" Maurice Bess

I was a rookie sportswriter at the Enterprise when Richard was a three-sports star at French High School. Reading his memorial, it is clear that his lifetime accomplishments far exceded his athletic deeds. Cherish his memories.

I'm so sorry to read of Mr. Bess passing. He was a wonderful man to have know. His smile and kindness will me in my memory always. Cherish your memories for they will help your aching heart. May God be with you now and forever.
