Robin, I just saw this honey, I'm so sorry for your loss. I know he had a long battle. He is at peace now. I miss you my friend.

Dian, Gayle, & Robin,
Can't say how sorry I am that you've lost your Dad. He was one special man and my memory of him goes back almost as far as yours does, as I first met him when I was in kindergarten. His wry sense of humor always made me laugh. When he and Billie were visiting in March of 1983 Larry and I took them touring around the SF peninsula to see all the sights. After a detailed explanation of the fact that we were driving along the San Andreas Fault in the Santa Cruz mountains some time had elapsed and we had moved on to the next tourist attraction. From the back seat of the van comes Frank's voice with the question, "Now, whose fault was it?" He was such a hoot. He will be missed by all.
Love,
Becky

Mother called me a couple hours ago to let me know about Frank. Frank was just about the sweetest guy a person could know. Very warm and friendly and ... I'm just really saddened by his passing. I live near San Francisco and go there often and I always think of "Billie and Frank" when I go there (being on Gough St or seeing the St. Mary's cathedral in San Francisco I always think of them). Or if I'm on the bay bridge crossing Treasure Island I always think of Frank stationed at Treasure island in the Navy during WWII. I'm sure Frank is with Billie now in heaven. Love, Johnny Gonsoulin
