Ray was well loved and respected, he had great character and a big heart. Ray you will be truly missed.

Cecil Ray was one of the easiest guys to work with in my career. He was very good at whatever he did and always happy to care his load. Unfortunately I will be out town the day of the funeral. I wish his family the best, and a quick recovery.

I worked with Paw-Paw for many years. I retired in 2010. My prayers are with you and your family. He is in a much better place. God Bless you all.

I'll miss "Hi, Honey!" that he always said when we saw each other. He made the world a better place.
