On Behalf of our ENTIRE family..I would like to thank all of you for honoring Dad this week! The outpouring of love and condolences were overwhelming for us, and to hear such wonderful stories about him while he was on the force brought such pride to us...as all of you know he was a special man and there will NEVER be another like him...he loved his job and the people of worked with him, loved him. But we as his familly had the special priveledge of having his heart! He will forever be missed but never forgotten. We love you Dad!

Linda and family, Pawpaw was one of a kind. So glad we got to visit 2 weeks ago. He was so proud of you and his family, especially K Sarah. W e were entertained for hours with his stories. Pawpaw is a partner that will never be forgotten. We are praying for you and the family. We are certain he is in a better place and is still watching over you. His love for you will never die and he will always be in your heart.

Dear Linda and family, Where can I start. I loved Paw Paw greatly and his gentle laugh and sly smile brings back many so many fond memories of good times in Special Crimes. He was a man of honor and integrity that served the citizens of Beaumont for 33 years. I will always miss Paw Paw, but right now he's resting in the gentle arms of Jesus. Linda and Steve, we love you and if you ever need ANYTHING, please do not hesitate to call us. I know that his children ,grandchildren and the whole family will miss him greatly as Paw Paw is truly one in a million. Although he is in Heaven having coffee with Jesus, I know your hearts are breaking now, but I pray that the Peace that passes all understanding will give you comfort. He has fought the good fight, he has finished the race, he has kept the faith. Therefore a crown of righteousness is waiting for our Paw Paw. Love, John@ Ruth
