We spent many hours and miles in the younger years trail riding! One time we went on a weekend ride, had a good time and before the next weekend, Pauline had open heart surgery! Boy, did it scare all of us, riding one day and in ICU the next. Those were the good ole days. Chasing kids on horses, sitting by the camp fires and riding many miles in all kinds of weather.

RIP Pauline. I will miss your silly smile, infectious laugh, and the smell of your Gloria Vanderbilt perfume. We were partners in crime, both on and off the ambulance. We worked some great calls, and we worked some "oh shit" calls together. We taught small children lessons that will be with them for a lifetime. Go and rest now, friend. You've earned your wings. You'll always be in my heart. ♥

Heaven has truly been given an angel. I remember Pauline the day I first applied for a job at statcare. She greeted me and just talked like she had known me forever and then to be able to work with her at acadian. She was a very special lady and I am blessed to have known her. Prayers to her whole family.
