Johnny Ray and Ronny, We are very sorry about the loss of your mother. Losing our parents makes us realize how much they sacrificed to raise us as best as they could. We still have all the good memories.

J.R., Ronny, and Johnny Ray, My heart goes out to you all. I'm so glad I got to see her one more time this past week. She looked good and was asking where to put a Christmas tree in her room. I had told her she was pretty and that her hair looked good and when I got ready to go, she said, "I'm so glad you came...and thank ya for telling my hair looks good!" She was always so full of spunk and she loved her family with everything she had and then some. She will be missed. You are in my prayers.

Uncle Ronny, J.R., Johnny Ray, Ryan, Brandy and R.J., I'm so sorry for the loss of your mother, wife, and Gorie! She sure did love all of you to the moon and back! I loved her, too! She was always so nice to me, I regret not going to visit more. The time just flies by. I'm here if I can help out in any way, just let me know. I love all of you!

I knew Mrs. Brooks while growing up in Stowell where our families resided. My family lived in Stowell from June of 1962 till January 1972. At that time my family moved to the west side of Winnie to the Burr Addition. I never forget the Brooks Family. I am so very sorry for the loss of this fine woman, wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She will be missed by all her family and friends. She has passed on to her eternal rest in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Rest in Peace Mrs. Betty.
