To the greatest man I've ever known: I am so proud to say that you are my Pop. You have no idea how special you are to me. I've reminisced a lot over the past 2 days and I can't help but realize how blessed I am to have had the relationship I had/have with you and Gran. Thank you for loving me and letting me know I would always be your little girl. This part of life is so bittersweet for me. I am very thankful for the peace and comfort you have now. I am even more thankful that I got to be by your side all day yesterday just as you were by mine throughout my 31 years of life. My heart aches knowing I'll never get my morning phone calls from you again but don't worry, I saved many voicemails from you so that I can always hear your voice. You don't worry about Gran. We will be with her every night and she'll be taken care of. I know you know that. I miss you beyond words but am so grateful for the memories we share. Thank you for the great life you and Gran gave me. I love you, Pop.
