At this time of sorrow, may these truths sustain you...
Your loved one will always be as close as a memory, and the God of all comfort will always be as close as a prayer.

Those we hold closest to our hearts never truly leave us. They live on in the kindness they have shared and the love they brought into our lives.

And that is what Christy did... She always had a smile on her face and was a pleasant person to work with...

You will be missed... RIP Christy...

With Sympathy,
Jennifer Zimmerman Engstrom

Two wonderfully beautiful twin girls came into my life at Southern Star gymnastics many years ago. They never stopped smiling, were such joys to be with. Many years later in a three year span, Christy was my own daughter Labor Coach thru not one birth but two. We talked of the past, she grew into such a wonderfully caregiver and nurturing lady. My life is richer for small short conversations with Christy. Prayers to a family that raised an angel.

Dear Cindy and Todd
I am so sorry to hear about Christy. Even though I never had the pleasure of meeting her in person I followed her through pictures and stories from Granny over the years. She was a beautiful girl and Granny was so proud of her when she went into nursing. Granny was always bragging about the twins. No words can express the sadness but my thoughts and prayers are with you. I know it will never be the same. God bless you, Candace, her grandparents and her fiancé. Love Barry

I am glad to have had the honor of knowing you. We haven't seen each other but a few times since high school and I never got to thank you for letting me cheat off of your test in class. With out you I probably would have failed. So thank you, god bless and may you rest in peace.

Todd, Cindy & Candace,
You are so very special to us and our hearts are hurting with you. I remember so much of watching your beautiful girls grow up (I never could tell them apart but Brett always could!) I've watched Christy grow up even more here at St. Elizabeth working hard to become an RN. She was a great nurse and everyone at the hospital loved her. Almost all the comments being sent your way share the theme of broken hearts and that is the same for our family. Though there really are no words that we can say that will take away the pain, God has a word for all of our hurting hearts. Psalm 147:3 says: "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds."

Love, Carol & Kevin
