We feel so blessed to have known such a wonderful man and his family through the ACTS community. A family man who always had a wonderful smile to share. Our hearts are saddened, but we know he has now met the LORD and we can take comfort and rejoice in that. May God Bless and sustain all of the family during this time.

What a good and faithful servant of the Lord and such a shining example for all of us who were blessed to know him. All of heaven is rejoicing and none more than our precious daddy, who while in the nursing home was a recipient of the Holy Eucharist regularly administered by our brother-in-Christ, Ed Worthy. Dad’s eyes would light up when Ed walked in his room and it was obvious that he saw what we saw – Jesus. Now, he has entered into the Joy of the Lord.
Our prayers continue for the entire Worthy family.

Terribly sorry to hear of your family's loss. I did not know Big Ed, but have listened to many stories from Keith and others at Thorpe. It is very clear he raised a great family.
